An Angled Tool Bar That fits on to your vice stem. This tool bar has multiple holes to keep your desk tidy and your tools close to hand. The arm swivels in the middle allowing for tools to be angled away or into the work area. Magnets have been incorporated into the arm to secure flies and tools.
